Marcos Tadeu began instructing aerobics in 1984 during his first year in Physical Education College at University of São Paulo, Brazil. Since then, he embraced the fitness industry as his career.
As an instructor and speaker, he presented masterclasses, lectures and workshops all over Brazil, and in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Mexico, United States, Spain, Germany, and Australia.
In 1998 Marcos quit his instructor/coordinator career and began to get involved with club management, becoming the IHRSA´s liaison for South America. Working for Fitness Brasila company that promotes fitness conventionsfrom 1999 to 2004, he helped to launch the IHRSA/Fitness Brasil Latin American Conference and Trade Show, event that became the largest of its kind in Latin America.
In 2006 Marcos started his own business, FMS, Fitness Management School, providing club management certification courses for club owners and managers. Currently FMS has certified over 300 managers. FMS also organizes two major fitness congresses in Brazil: Brazilian Personal Training Congress and Brazilian Babies and Children Swimming Congress.
Marcos has an MBA in Marketing, is a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and the author of the book Success in Physical Education, a neurolinguistical approach.
