Casey Conrad to Present at IHRSA Asia-Pacific Forum: Sales and Retention Success

An industry veteran will address the perennial favorite topic of sales and retention at the 9thn annual IHRSA Asia-Pacific Forum in Mumbai, India, November 14-17.

Casey Conrad, president of Communication Consultants WBS, Inc., based in Wakefield Rhode Island, will present "Building a Successful Sales Team at Your Club." Her presentation will address: how to hire winning sales personalities; training new employees for maximum success; understanding the professional fitness sales presentation system; and keeping your team on track for reaching goals. Conrad will also present a second session, "Creating a Dynamic Club Marketing Approach," which will focus on the changing approach to marketing today; understanding the "Parthenon Approach;" internet marketing strategies; and how to establish and integrated marketing plan. Conrad is the author of Selling Fitness: The Complete Guide to Selling Health Club Memberships, and has produced over 25 other sales and marketing products for the club business.
