Predictable Success: Getting Your Organization On the Growth Track and Keeping It There

This is an updated model of organizational success and failure through blind spots. It builds on the Adizes Life Cycle model and reinforces it. It incorporates much from the E Myth insights of Michael Gerber. If you are familiar with Adizes you will find the same life cycle stages, many of the same phrases and descriptors. Predictable Success is an easier read.
The first part of the book describes the seven stages of the predictable success life cycle. The second half outlines the steps to better link the tools and experience you have to the result you want. Again the HOW part of the book parallels Adizes’ consulting model in a lighter form. The author has extensive on line resources for a fee.
